A: Yes. All services are provided remotely. I serve businesses across Canada.
Q: What accounting software do you use?
A: QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Wave. We work with whatever you're already using (or help you choose if you're starting fresh).
Q: How long does onboarding take?
A: Typically 1-2 weeks. I need access to your accounts, and then I clean up any backlog before starting the monthly service.
Q: What if I'm behind on my books?
A: No problem. I offer catch-up bookkeeping to get you current, then we move to a monthly ongoing service.
Q: Do you do in-person meetings?
A: All services are remote (video calls, email, phone). This keeps costs down and gives you flexibility.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: 30-day notice required. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
Q: What's included in monthly bookkeeping?
A: Transaction categorization, bank reconciliation, financial
statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), monthly review call, and email support.
Q: Do you file HST/GST returns?
A: Yes. HST/GST filing is included in Professional and Business packages, or available as a standalone service.
Q: Can you help with payroll?
A: Yes. Payroll processing is included in the Business package or available as an add-on service.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Starter: $500/month | Professional: $700/month | Business: $900/month
Tax preparation is included or available standalone for $800-1,500.
Q: Do you charge hourly or by a fixed price?
A: Fixed monthly pricing. No hourly billing, no surprise fees.
Q: What's not included in the monthly fee?
A: Software subscriptions (QuickBooks Online, etc.) are separate. Everything else is included.
Q: How do I get started?
A: Book a free consultation call. We'll discuss your needs, I'll give you a quote, and if you're ready, we can start within 1-2 weeks.
Q: What information do you need from me?
A: Access to your accounting software, bank/credit card statements, and any documents related to income and expenses.
Q: How do we communicate?

Q: Are you a CPA?
A: No. I specialize in bookkeeping and tax preparation for small
businesses. For complex tax situations requiring CPA-level advice, I can refer you to qualified professionals.
Q: Can you represent me if CRA audits me?

For formal representation in disputes, you'd need a licensed tax
professional (I can refer).
