How We Work

What Working With TBR Looks Like

TBR does not publish named client case studies. The scenarios below are representative illustrations of typical engagements — not documented client outcomes.

Representative scenario

Ontario trades business, Professional package

The following is a representative scenario, not a documented client case study.

Consider a typical trades business in Ontario with revenue in the $250k–$1M range, a handful of employees, and books that are a few months behind. The owner is making job decisions from a bank balance, not a P&L. HST is filed in a rush. Payroll remittances are a monthly source of anxiety.

In a representative Professional engagement, TBR would take over monthly bookkeeping (two bank accounts, two cards, up to 300 transactions), reconcile on a bi-weekly cadence, produce monthly statements, and walk the owner through the numbers on a 30-minute review call. Payroll and HST can be added as separate services. The owner stops doing the books at night and has figures they can actually use.

More documented stories later

When a client approves a named case study for publication, it will appear here. Until then we keep examples labeled as representative so we do not overclaim.
